We thank the Lord, who graced us with the opportunity to hold such magnificent international conference in 28 and 29 of September, 2009.

The conference organizers declare their final statement as follows:

1- We would like to express our gratitude towards the vibrant presence of the respected executives and commissioners of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially the President of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Assistant of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, deputies, parliament authorities, ambassadors, university professors, furniture industry's authorities, experts and administrators, presidents and chairmen of local and international societies, associations and unions, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, wide circulation press, students, foreign guests and participants in the training workshops, those who presented their articles and all whom had an effective role in holding such magnificent conference, especially the respected management of IICC, the IRIB International Conference Center.

2- We hereby declare the establishment of the regional furniture industry confederation, the International Confederation of Furniture and Decoration, as the valuable outcome of Deco 2009 and proclaim that we are ready to inaugurate the permanent secretariat of this federation in Tehran and begin enrolling interested countries and other related organizations as members.  

3- Regarding to statement of the conference chairman, Mr. Ali Ansari and considering the suggestions made by the director of the University of Applied Science and Technology & Industry Research Institute, a new movement toward development of connection between this industry and university and higher education centers shall begin in order to establish furniture research and development center. We invite every authority, university professors and presidents especially Applied Science and Technology University to lend their aid to the organizers of this conference in establishing this R & D institute (ICF & DECO).

4- Following negotiations carried out with the honorable participants in this conference, whether foreign or local and along with executing contents presented in panels and training workshops and considering the expanding of relations between local and international academic environments underlined by the Chairman of the Society, we hereby announce that all participants and promoters of this conference are ready to achieve these goals.

5- The organizer of Deco, in addition to cherish the memory of Deco 2009 and expanding industrial, commercial and economical relations with each other and establishing Asian confederation, hope that by carrying out issues mentioned in Deco 2009, the way can be paved to hold an even greater Deco 2010.

6- The conference organizer ask all member countries of the Asian confederation and Deco and also their Chambers of Commerce and legislative congresses to establish necessary infrastructures and tariffs for import and exports and make an effort to improve the quality and quantity of industrial products for those involved in this industry-art profession in their own countries.

7- The conference organizer express their gratitude towards the participants in the designing contest, and also in article presentation and training workshops, the referees and assessment committees and the administrative organization of the conference.
