Evaluating the thoughts and opinions of the participants in the 1st international Deco 2008 conference and also studies conducted by scientific and economical committees of the Furniture Society on assisting quality and quantity improvements of furniture industry and technical discussion held at the Society's policymaking and planning council, all led the founders of Iran's furniture market to initiate the construction plan of the 1st furniture industrial park.

A complex with all aspects of furniture production and supply along with scientific facilities backed by universities and research centers, in a way that all who are involved in this industry, whether professional and semi professional workers (and their family), traders and customers would enjoy appropriate welfare, official and commercial facilities according to the latest global standards.

Permits and approvals to construct this industrial park have been obtained and the location has been confirmed. Initial and finial studies for designing and construction have been carried out and civil works shall soon be inaugurated.

It's noteworthy that this complex is near Tehran, located in a location with great access to road, rail and aerial transportations.
