Iran’s one percent share of world’s furniture production

Printed copy September 27th, news code: 13738 Sent to friends published at 3:20 pm by IRNA The head of Tehran’s Entrepreneurial Society of Furniture announced that annual financial turnover in this industry in the world is $65 billion and the Iran’s share is just one percent.

 

Ali Ansari in the 2 day international furniture world trade called this industry as the first industry which has harmony with the prospective document and it will reach all 2025 goals.

He think we need government's support to obtain outlook's objectives and he ask them facilitate reaching opportunities by continuing economic security, expanding legal capabilities and services.

The head of Tehran's Entrepreneurial Society of Furniture after unveiling the charter said: "Social and civil rights are being reinserted in this industry and the charter is Iran furniture's artistic, industrial, cultural and social manifest in the world.

He said this charter consists of 7 article and Interaction and cooperation, observing professional principles, showing respect to materialistic and intellectual rights, originality of design, environment's preservation, observing national benefit, wisdom and awareness, customer orientation, healthy sale and human resources are this charter's provisions.

In another part of his speech he announced the opening of Iran's national museum and said the country's furniture industry will be self-sufficient next year.

He said the first group of students will be graduated in Decoration and Furniture Industry Management; so the designing, producing and fair distribution, the 3 sides of the triangle will be completed.

The DECO 2010 conference's secretary believes decoration and furniture art-craft is in good condition comparing last year and it's the time for blossoming. Ramin Samie Nejad said: starting the construction operation of the largest industrial town, named as Zarandieh, is an important and influential even that happened between DECO 2009-10.

He asserted: The important factors for DECO 2010 are emphasis on foreign investment, attracting them and vast international consultation in order to be eye catching for Europe, Middle East, and far and central Asia's activists.
