Seyed Ali Reza Shoja'ee also stated that the global economic crisis require preparation of not only the governments, but also the governments and economic corporations.

Decreasing prices, changing customer needs and other issues forces corporations to utilize appropriate tools and techniques for handling the effects of the crisis, therefore the 16th economic and industry synergy conference with the subject of corporations, economic crisis and management tools will be held.

Shoja'ee also stated that subjects such as lean production to omit loss, solving technical issues to reduce expenses and in all reducing the price of the final product are identifying and destroying factors that absorb resources but do not create any added value.

The Chairman of Young Consultants of Trade Promotion Organization said that these factors in production and commercial systems are called Muda. Following lean production will result in reduced production time, increased employees efficiency and product quality, more flexibility towards the market, decreased overhead expenses and increased machinery's life time which all results in competitiveness for corporation's products.

He also stated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is important, being a business strategy to obtain customer satisfaction, income and profit. CRM is not a product or service, it's a business solution empowering organizations to effectively manage their relationships with their customers, become informed in changes in customer needs and quickly react to it.

Shoja'ee also stated that problem solving groups are one the most important sections of a global organization. Progressive organizations use such groups and establishing problem solving systems to quickly respond to events and crises, not only solving the resulting issues, but also identify the opportunities as well.
